We Review & Approve

Our team reviews your request against account standing and current inventory. We may suggest alternatives based on availability.

Items Ship to Your Store

Once approved, your display package ships via UPS Ground. You'll receive tracking via email.

All requests are subject to approval and inventory availability. BTW reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any request based on account standing, order history, and current inventory levels.

Display Item Policies

Ownership	All display items remain the property of Bell Tuxedo Wholesale. Items are provided on loan for in-store display purposes only.
Eligibility	Active wholesale accounts in good standing. New accounts are eligible upon approval. Accounts with outstanding balances are not eligible until resolved.
Cost	No rental fee for approved display items. Account is responsible for shipping costs unless combined with a qualifying order ($500+).
Loss & Damage	Account is responsible for the full replacement cost of any display items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear.
Return Policy	Display items must be returned if the account is closed, becomes inactive for 12 or more consecutive months, or upon request by BTW with 30 days written notice.
Turnaround	Approved requests are typically fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your package ships.
