How It Works
Renting tuxedos through BTW is simple. Here's the entire process from start to finish — whether you've done this a thousand times or you're brand new to formalwear rentals.

Customer Comes In
Help Them Choose a Style
Your customer comes into your store — usually a groom, groomsman, or someone attending a formal event. Browse our online catalog or use our color match tool to help them pick a tuxedo or suit style, vest color, and tie. Take their measurements or use measurements they provide. That's all you need from the customer.

Place the Order
Online, Phone, Email, or Fax
Place the order however you prefer — through our online order portal, by phone at 888-966-6697, by email to orders@belltuxedowholesale.com, or by fax. Include the event date, sizes, and styles. Your card on file is charged when the order ships — not when you place it.

We Ship It
Arrives 2+ Days Before the Event
BTW ships the order via UPS Ground, timed to arrive at least two days before the event date. You'll receive an email with the tracking number and delivery date. Orders $500+ ship free both ways. The box includes everything plus a prepaid UPS return label.

Customer Picks Up & Wears It
They Look Great, You Get Paid
Your customer picks up their rental from your store (or receives it via drop ship). They wear it to their event. You charge them your retail price and keep the difference. On a $200 package that costs you $64, that's $136 profit per rental.

Send It Back
Slap the Label On, Drop It Off
After the event, your customer returns the rental to your store. Place the included UPS return label over the original shipping label and drop the box at any UPS location. Returns must be in transit by Wednesday after the event date. That's it — you're done.
What You Need to Know
Free Damage Waiver
Every rental includes a FREE damage waiver from BTW. Charge your customers $5–$12 as a "damage waiver fee" — it's 100% pure profit for you.
Free Shipping at $500+
Orders $500 or more ship free both ways via UPS Ground. $251–$499: free return shipping. Under $250: account pays shipping.
Easy Exchanges
Something doesn't fit? Exchanges are $2.50 per item to cover dry-cleaning. If the sizing issue was our error, it's free and we cover shipping.
Rush Orders
Need it within 7 days? No problem. Rush fee is $5.00 per order. Account pays expedited shipping if needed.
Drop Shipping
BTW can ship directly to your customer anywhere in the country — with a return label included. Perfect for out-of-town groomsmen.
No Minimums
Order 1 jacket or 100 complete packages. Same pricing, no minimum order required, ever.
Pro Tip — The Damage Waiver
The damage waiver is the easiest money in your business. BTW includes it free, you charge the customer $5–$12, and you keep every dollar. On 25 rentals a month at $10 each, that's $250/month in pure profit you didn't have to do anything for. Make it a standard line item on every rental — don't make it optional.
Common Questions
How quickly will my order arrive?
BTW schedules orders to arrive at least two days before the event date. All orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
What if my customer is out of town?
Use our drop shipping option. The groom books with you, and BTW ships directly to each groomsman — anywhere in the country — with a return label included. You earn the full margin without handling the merchandise.
What sizes do you carry?
Boys 3 through Men's 80. Coats in Modern Fit and Slim Fit. Pants in Regular, Slim, and Skinny Fit. Sizes 56 and up add $7.50 per unit to your cost.
When am I charged?
Your card on file is charged when the order ships — not when you place it. You receive an email with tracking info and charge confirmation at time of shipment.
What if I need to cancel an order?
Orders cancelled before production: no charge. Orders cancelled after production but before shipping: $20 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment: full rental charge.
How much should I charge my customers?
