Getting Started
How do I open an account?+
Fill out our online application. It takes about 2 minutes. Once approved, you'll need to put a credit card on file by calling us at 888-966-6697. After that, you're ready to start placing orders.
Is there a fee to open an account?+
No. Opening an account is free. There are no setup fees, no annual fees, and no contracts.
Is there a minimum order requirement?+
No. Order 1 jacket or 100 complete packages. Same pricing either way. No minimums, ever.
What types of businesses can open an account?+
Bridal shops, formalwear retailers, alterations and tailoring shops, menswear stores, and anyone in the wedding or events industry. If you have customers who need tuxedos or suits, we can work with you.
Ordering
How do I place an order?+
You can place orders through our online portal, by phone at 888-966-6697, by email to info@belltuxedowholesale.com, or by fax. The online portal is available 24/7.
When am I charged for an order?+
Your card on file is charged when the order ships, not when you place it. You'll get an email with tracking info and charge confirmation at the time of shipment.
What's included in a complete package?+
A complete package includes a coat, pant, shirt, vest, and tie for $64. Shoes are available for an additional $11. Any style in the catalog, same price.
Can I cancel an order?+
Orders cancelled before production: no charge. Orders cancelled after production but before shipping: $20 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment: full rental charge.
Do you offer rush orders?+
Yes. Orders needed within 7 days of the event have a $5.00 rush fee. We can ship same or next business day when needed. Account pays expedited shipping if required.
Pricing
How much does a rental cost?+
$64 for a complete package (coat, pant, shirt, vest, tie). $54 for coat + pant. $46 for coat only. Same price for any style in the catalog. See our full Pricing Guide for separates and add-ons.
How much should I charge my customers?+
Most accounts charge $175 to $250 for a complete package. Use our Profit Calculator to plug in your prices and see exactly what you'll earn per rental and per month.
Are there extra charges for different styles or fits?+
No. One flat price for any style, any fit. Modern Fit, Slim Fit, all the same price. The only upcharge is for extended sizes 56 and above, which add $7.50 per unit.
What is the damage waiver?+
Every rental from BTW includes a free damage waiver that covers accidental damage. We recommend charging your customers $5 to $12 for a damage waiver fee. That's pure profit for you since the waiver costs you nothing. The waiver does not cover reckless destruction or lost items.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?+
Orders are scheduled to arrive about one week before the event date. This gives you and your customer plenty of time to try everything on and handle any sizing issues. All orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
How much does shipping cost?+
$500 or more: Free shipping both ways via UPS Ground.
$251 to $499: Free return shipping.
Under $250: Account pays shipping.
Can you ship directly to my customer?+
Yes. We offer drop shipping anywhere in the country. Just enter your customer's address as the shipping address when placing the order. A return label is included in every box. Perfect for out-of-town groomsmen and destination weddings.
Sizing & Returns
What if something doesn't fit?+
We'll send a replacement. Exchanges are $2.50 per item to cover cleaning costs. If the sizing issue was a BTW error, there's no charge and we cover shipping. We can ship exchanges directly to your customer if needed.
What sizes do you carry?+
Boys 3 through Men's 80. Coats in Modern Fit and Slim Fit. Pants in Regular, Slim, and Skinny Fit. Sizes 56 and up add $7.50 per unit to your cost.
How do I return items after the event?+
A prepaid UPS return label is included in every box. Place it over the original shipping label and drop the box at any UPS location. Returns must be in transit by the Wednesday after the event date.
What happens if a rental is damaged?+
Every rental includes a free damage waiver that covers accidental or unintentional damage. The waiver does not cover reckless destruction or lost items.

Account & Programs
Do you offer display items for my store?+
Yes. Active accounts can request sample jackets, vests, and ties to display in-store. There's no rental fee for approved display items. Visit our Display Item Program page for details and to submit a request.
Do you offer try-on samples?+
Try-on samples are available at half the rental price, subject to BTW approval. Try-ons are not available at the discounted rate during peak months (April, May, June).
Do you support promotional or fashion shows?+
Yes. Promotional rentals are charged at half the rental price, subject to BTW approval. During peak months, promotional rentals are charged at the full rate.
How do I update my account information?+
Call us at 888-966-6697 or email info@belltuxedowholesale.com to update your shipping address, contact info, or payment method.
