Your card on file is charged when the order ships, not when you place it. You'll get an email with tracking info and charge confirmation at the time of shipment.

A complete package includes a coat, pant, shirt, vest, and tie for $64. Shoes are available for an additional $11–$15. Standard-size package pricing is consistent across catalog styles; sizes 56 and above add $7.50 per unit.

Orders cancelled before production: no charge. Orders cancelled after production but before shipping: $20 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment: full rental charge.

Yes. Orders needed within 7 days of the event have a $5.00 rush fee. We can ship same or next business day when needed. Account pays expedited shipping if required.

Save 5% when you place an eligible order online. The discount applies to eligible garments and fees. Shipping is excluded from the discount.

Most accounts charge $175 to $250 for a complete package. Use our Profit Calculator for an estimate of customer charges less BTW rental charges. It does not include your other business expenses.

No style or fit upcharge applies to standard sizes. Sizes 56 and above add $7.50 per unit.

Every rental from BTW includes a damage waiver at no additional BTW charge that covers accidental damage. If you charge customers a separate fee, account for your own costs and pricing policies. The waiver does not cover reckless destruction or lost items.

Orders placed in advance are scheduled for delivery about one week before the event or use date. This gives your customer time to try everything on and request size changes. Rush orders and orders placed during event week ship as soon as possible after processing. We use UPS Ground unless another service is arranged.

$500 or more: Free shipping both ways via UPS Ground.
$251 to $499: Free return shipping.
Under $250: Account pays shipping.

Yes. We offer drop shipping anywhere in the country. Just enter your customer's address as the shipping address when placing the order. A return label is included in every box. Perfect for out-of-town groomsmen and destination weddings.

We'll send a replacement. Exchanges are $2.50 per item to cover cleaning costs. If the sizing issue was a BTW error, there's no charge and we cover shipping. We can ship exchanges directly to your customer if needed.

Boys 3 through Men's 80. Coats in Modern Fit and Slim Fit. Pants in Regular, Slim, and Skinny Fit. Sizes 56 and up add $7.50 per unit to your cost.

A prepaid UPS return label is included in every box. Place it over the original shipping label and drop the box at any UPS location. Returns must be in transit by the Wednesday after the event date.

Every rental includes a free damage waiver that covers accidental or unintentional damage. The waiver does not cover reckless destruction or lost items.

Yes. Active accounts can request sample jackets, vests, and ties to display in-store. There's no rental fee for approved display items. Visit our Display Item Program page for details and to submit a request.

Try-on samples are available at half the rental price, subject to BTW approval. Try-ons are not available at the discounted rate during peak months (April, May, June).

Yes. Promotional rentals are charged at half the rental price, subject to BTW approval. During peak months, promotional rentals are charged at the full rate.
