Open your account, confirm your rental costs, and send us a first order with the details we need. Already approved? Open the order portal.
Switching from another supplier
Keep existing bookings with their current supplier until you have confirmed BTW styles, sizing, availability and shipping dates for each new order. Start with a manageable first order and let us help you review it.
Have your account number and event date ready when you call. We can discuss comparable styles, fit questions, returns and what to confirm before accepting the booking. Use the catalog and your account pricelist to compare the actual rental choices.

Fill out our wholesale account application. It only takes a few minutes. Once approved, you'll be ready to start placing orders.

Set Up Your Payment Method
After approval, use the personal secure card invitation from BTW. If you need a new link, request one with your account number. Saving a card does not charge it. Order charges are reviewed when shipping. Never email card numbers. Call 888-966-6697 if you need help.

Send your account number, event date, styles and sizes, plus customer or order references. Place it through the portal, call 888-966-6697, or email info@belltuxedowholesale.com. Confirm availability and delivery timing with BTW before committing the rental to your customer.
